Throwing this up again! There is a Halloween drift day on the 31st at Shannonville!
What: Drifting and Lapping
When: Sunday, October 31st, 2010 (costumes optional, but highly recommended!)
Time: 9am to 5pm
Where: Shannonville, FABI Circuit
Cost: $120(prepay by Oct 22nd – $160(after)

Kplayground October 16 Track Day
What a great turn out this was! There were a bunch of lappers out there today that gave it all they had, even so much there were a few crazy spins and someone even got stuck on the straight away on the Fabi Track. I also want to thank all the drivers that taped up there plates or remove them. You save me so much time! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The M&S Race Team made an appearance there with there Lancer and Civic SI’s. They weren’t the only team out there though! The SG-Motorsport 350z was out there along with the GT2 #96 Audi Car was there. Who could also forget the beautiful ATR Civic SI. I loved the sound coming from that thing.
I have good news as well! Since it was such an amazing day, Kplayground will be renting out the Fabi on October 26th at 2pm to 5pm. I’ll have all the details up later!

Yes! It’s finally confirmed! There will be one more drift/track day at shannonville!

So after a super awesome day of what was supposed to be the last drift day of 2010, I’ve had some requests for a “1 MOAR TIME!”
Pricing will be the same, BUT if you attended the Oct. 9th event, you get a $20 discount

DriftOps October 9th Drift Day
This was a HUGE turn out! It was crazy! Not only was this day perfect but Pat Cyr also brought home the Championship at the Formula D Pro Am Competition!!!! This was by far the greatest day of the year. I was also able to get my drift cherry popped as well thanks to Peter Chrisikopoulos of the Drift Posse.

I focused a lot of my work on Peter’s car. He’s an amazing drifter who needs more credit. He was also nice enough to give me a ride for some in car shots, I had no idea what to take photos of so I just set my shutter speed to about 400 and just snapped anything. I really wasn’t even looking in the view finder a lot because of the helmet but I think I got some decent ones.

Ok so I am booking this day because there is no weekend days available till half way threw October, and we want to drift, so everybody that comes will not only be drifting but they also get a long weekend!!
Big things planned for this day, with clipping points and things to hit.

Hopefully there won’t be any crashes this time, I hate seeing when someone hits the wall. Luckily every single person on the track offers to help out running on to the track to help them and to flag other cars to stop. If only Drifters ruled the world!

Alright, If you weren’t able to make it out to DriftOps event #1 at Shannonville now is your chance! I expect a great outcome for this one! Event 1 was awesome so #2 should be even better. If anyone is looking to prepay get in contact with me and I can hook you up.
So the first drift day of the year was AWESOME… RAWR!
I know there were a lot of other people that wanted to come, but couldn’t because of Father’s Day and of course DMCC.
Some of the cars that came out had some issues to sort out and maybe didn’t get as much time on the track as they wanted.
BUT, that was yesterday. We need to think about the future.

Get Loose Season Opener!
I’m sorry to the people that try to read my blog, I know it’s been a while but don’t worry! This was worth the wait! It’s the day after the Get Loose Season Opener drift day in Shannonville and I’ve got a ton of photos to share! Unfortunetly there was some crashes and wall hits but everyone is okay thank god, but some cars didn’t make it out to good.
Oh, by the way Drift Posse showed up. Of course, they hauled ass!

Remember the first DriftOps drift day! Well that was just a warm up! Now there back on August 1 which gives you plenty of time to get your car ready! Heres all the info you need!

Event Update! I haven’t posted much up yet but there is a ton of new events within the next month! 2 of them happen to be Drift Days! So, I know its been a while so I’ll just get straight to it. With the first event post!
The first even happens to be a Kplayground meet which is on this upcoming friday.

We’re limiting the track day to around 35 cars. For prepaid to reserve your spot, you can call us or do email money transfer and We don’t accept anymore participants when all spots are filled.
You can no longer prepay for the event.
Drift Day!
Anyone up in the Belleville/Kingston area you should know that there is a Drift Day happening tommorrow at 9am to 5pm! Anyone that enjoys any form of motorsport should come and check it out! Also, anyone that would like to get some drifting in or even lapping you can still buy a spot there! Just look for Michael Fernandez and give you money to him.
The cost to do some lapping is aboug $140-$170 but your getting a full day of racing in! FWD/Grippin is allowed but just be cautious of the drifters as it’s a drifting event.
There is no cost for spectators! So you should deffinetly come out to see some tires burn! It’s at the Shannonville Motorsport track on Highway 2!
Note: If you are going to be doing some lapping, you NEED a helmet, no excuses.
Canada Day Lapping!
Need some extra track time! Come out to the Shannonville Motorsport track on July 1st! Kplayground is back for some lapping! Only for a cheap price as well! if you prepay before the event it is only $75 but if you pay at the track its $100.
They are also renting out the SMP full track to! There is a limit to 35 drivers so hurry up and Prepay to save some money. Also, If you go, your car will be photographed by not only me but some other professionals as well! Head out to Shannonville on July 1st to get yourself noticed!
